We have all heard that good financial investments lead to the security and growth of our wealth, but the most overlooked investment is mind investment.

The mind is the most precious thing we have as humans, yet every day, we use this wealth for various unnecessary purposes, wasting our intellect and time—just like money. But while money can be regained, what about time? “Oh! She is wearing a stained shirt!”“She called me weak the other day.”

“This guy on YouTube is really fat.”“Why did my mom add pickle instead of sauce?” We often get these kinds of thoughts every day. While observation is a good thing, we must ask ourselves, “Are these observations worth spending our mind on?” We tend to focus on others so much that we forget to inspect ourselves and consider where to invest our thoughts. These thoughts not only make us judgmental but, when they exceed their limits, can lead to narcissistic behaviour and even self-contamination. “Life is too precious to be focusing on little problems.” You might get thoughts which are absolute unnecessary and doesn’t require your attention, but it is crucial to shift your focus as soon as possible. Don’t judge anyone by their appearances, and most significantly, don’t judge yourself based on what others say about you. Invest your mind in the right places, the right situations, and the right people for that is the best investment you can make for your personal growth.-
